Perry is a native of Delaware graduating from A.I. duPont High School in 1989 and the University of Delaware in 1993. Before pursuing real estate, he spent over 25 years working for the State of Delaware with most of his career in management. 

Perry joined Gioffre Commercial Realty in 2020. He brings a wealth of knowledge working with state contracted building leases and tenant/landlord negotiations. Perry has a thorough understanding of navigating the process when multiple government agencies and private investors/landlords are involved. He has already handled several landlord and tenant representation assignments in various asset classes. Most notably, Perry assisted a large D.C. based group with negotiating a lease renewal with the State of Delaware. He is also a licensed contractor with an extensive background in construction.

Perry currently lives in Sussex County. He pursues his passions by spending time with his family, exercise and fitness, and all that coastal living and the surrounding area has to offer.
