Leslie began her commercial real estate career at Patterson-Schwartz in 1980 in property management. She successfully assisted with a 220+ unit and 80-unit 1940 circa apartment complex rehabilitation and the sale of the buildings to investors as condominium buildings. From 1983 to 1995, Leslie managed multiple real estate projects for some of the area’s top companies. Her management portfolio included suburban office buildings, neighborhood shopping centers, and a townhouse cooperative project.  Leslie was also involved with the development, construction, and selling of individual buildings to investors and oversaw the leasing and management of an apartment complex. 

From 1995 to 2022, Leslie worked at Bellevue Realty and Charles D. Cantera & Associates managing millions of square feet of retail shopping centers and flex warehouse buildings.  During this time, Leslie oversaw the landlord’s side of the lease transactions working with large companies such as Acme, Lowe’s, Home Depot, Walgreens, Family Dollar, Dollar Tree, and Food Lion.  Leslie not only handles real estate for 3rd parties, but she has been involved in the land use/development process and construction of her own projects in both New Castle County and the City of Wilmington.

Leslie has held her real estate license with Gioffre Commercial Realty since 2016 and has completed multiple transactions including most recently an 80,000 square foot lease transaction with a PPL Company.
