Pat has been working in commercial real estate since joining Jim O’Hara Realty in 2003. Jim O’Hara Realty joined NAI Emory Hill in 2007. Pat joined Bellevue Realty Co. in August 2011, his focus is retail leasing and investment sales.

Background and Experience:

After owning a multi-unit restaurant chain, Pat entered commercial real estate and has since represented commercial clients of all sizes in leasing and acquisitions. He has worked with national clients such as Advance America, Supercuts, Family Dollar Stores, Check N Go, Five Guy’s, McDonald’s, Aaron’s Rental, and Regency Centers. Pat has also worked with regional companies such as Jake’s Burgers, Season’s Pizza, California Sun, EZ Loans, and Diamond State Management.
